Thy martyrs, Lord,/ in their suffering received incorruptible crowns from Thee, our God:/ having Thy strength,/ having overthrown the tormentors,/ having crushed the weak demons insolence./ Through those prayers // save our souls.

The martyr rises to the Divine memory/ and illuminates all ends of the earth with light, calling with joy // You are the martyrs, O Christ, joy.

Prayer 1st

Oh, sacred duo, holy martyrs of Christ, Adriana and Natalia, blessed spouses and noble sufferers! Hear us praying to you with tears, and send down upon us all that is good for our souls and bodies, and pray to Christ God, that He may have mercy on us and work with us in His mercy, that we may not perish in our sins. To her, holy martyrs, accept the voice of our prayer and deliver us with your prayers from famine, destruction, cowardice, flood, fire, hail, sword, invasion of foreigners and civil strife battle, from vain death and from all troubles, sorrows and illnesses, let us take out, through your prayers and intercession of strengthening, we glorify the Lord Jesus Christ, to Him belongs all Glory, honor and worship, with His beginningless Father and the Most Holy Spirit, forever and ever. Amen.

Prayer 2

Oh, holy martyrs Adriana and Natalia! Hear us, servant of God (names), praying to you at this hour: pray for us to the Master Christ God, for you have naturally acquired much boldness towards Him, sincere prayers for us exist. Beg the Lord to forgive our sins and grant us favor with the Heavenly Kingdom, so that together with you we may glorify the magnificent name of the Holy Trinity, the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit, forever centuries. Amen.

Prayer 3rd

Oh, long-suffering and all-praising martyrs of Christ Adrian and Natalia! I now resort to your all-merciful intercession, unworthy (name). Pray to the great-gifted God, may He raise us up from the depths of sin, enlighten our minds, and put an end to the envy, enmity and strife that live within us. May He bestow upon the servants of God (names) conjugal peace and concord, and may He protect His holy Angels from the wiles of the evil one with a militia. Amen.

Memorial Day August 26/September 8

When St. Adrian was taken to torture for professing the Christian faith, his wife Natalya convinced her husband to remain firm. After the martyrdom of her husband, she remained faithful to him, rejecting all offers and compulsions for a new marriage. They are revered as helpers in a pious Christian marriage, prayer books for fidelity and harmony between husband and wife.
