Master Lord Almighty, Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who would like all men to be saved and to come into the understanding of the truth, not wanting death to the sinner, but conversion and life: We pray and have mercy on thee, loose the soul of Thy servant (name) from every bond and from every oath of freedom, forgive him his sins, even from his youth, known and unknown, in in deed and word, and purely confessed, or by oblivion, or hidden in cold. For You alone are the one who resolves the bound and corrects the broken, the hope of the hopeless, who is able to forgive the sins of every person who has hope in You. To her, the humane Lord commanded, let her be released from the bonds of the flesh and sin, and accept into the world the soul of your servant (name) and rest in the eternal abodes with the saints By Yours, by the grace of Your only begotten Son, the Lord God and our Savior Jesus Christ: with Him art Thou blessed, with the Most Holy and Good, and with Thy Life-giving Spirit, now and forever and ever. Amen.
